Hotel and Reservation Policies:

1. Check-in Time: 03:00 p.m.Request for early check-in is subject to room availability and will be charged P 200/hr.

2. Check-out Time: 12:00 noon. Request for late check-out  is subject to room availability and will be charged P 200/hr.

3. Daily breakfast will be served from 7:00-10:00 am. Set breakfast  is P248/pax (Room rate may not include breakfast)

4. Child Policy: Kids 6 years old and below sharing room with adults will be free of accommodation charge. Kids 7 years old and above are considered adults and will be charged P500.00/pax/night, bed sharing only, provision of toiletries are not provided to extra persons.

5. Payment Options: Please be informed that the resort only accepts cash, debit cards and credit cards , gcash and other online transactions provided that the accounts are under the company name or on its authorized person only.

6. Strictly no Pets Allowed

PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION POLICY:

-100% of the room payable will be charged if cancellation has been made 2 days prior to the arrival date.
-Reservations that are canceled 2 days before or on the exact date of reservations are considered forfeited. NO refund will be given to the canceled booking within the 2-days policy. 

- Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are entitled for rebooking (Advance deposits are non refundable). Rebooking can only be made once and subject for a maximum of 60 days excluding peak periods but still subject to room availability. 

-NO SHOW or early check-out will be charged full amount (100%) and is non-refundable.

-The remaining room payable shall be settled upon arrival. All incidental charges must be paid before check out.
